To reset your password, fill in the fields below so that we can verify your identity. Your card number will be your Affinity Member Card® number.

Online password reset is not allowed for these conditions:

  • This is your first time using online banking.
  • You have a business membership.
  • You don't have an email address on file.
  • Your online account is already locked out due to excessive password reset attempts or security question attempts.
